What is the reference system?
The NARKASA reference system has been developed for promotional purposes in order to increase the user and transaction volume, in which the platform user receives "reference earnings" from buying and selling transactions to be made by the new user who registers on the platform with the "reference code" shared by the platform user and the newly registered user receives a cash back when he registers with the reference code.

A reference code is a code that is automatically generated by the platform on behalf of the user who opens an account via NARKASA's website or mobile applications and can only be shared with third parties by the user who opened the account.

What are the conditions of the reference system?
- The user who wants to open an account with the reference code in order to receive the cash back fee must use this code during the registration phase.
- "Reference earnings" and "cash back" payments will be the of the same type of asset as the commission obtained from the buying and selling transaction made with the reference code.
- The "reference earnings" and "cash back" fees to be calculated over the specified rates are calculated in real time and normally transferred to the owners' NARKASA wallets hourly and within 48 hours at the latest, after the necessary taxes are deducted.
- The user is personally liable for all taxes related to his income and needs to comply with the applicable tax procedures in accordance with the legislation of the country he is subject to.

- There is no limit on the number of users to register with the reference code.
- There is no maximum limit for "reference earnings" and "cash back" payments.
- Assets assigned to the account within the framework of the reference system can be used in buying/selling and financial transactions, provided that they are above the minimum order and withdrawal limits.
- The user who shares the reference code cannot also obtain reference earnings from the subsidiary users who use the reference code of the user who opened an account using this reference code.
- NARKASA reserves the right to change the Reference Earnings and Cash back rates, the term and / or conditions of the reference system.
